Deal Points
I. We will analyze your extant unique value proposition relative to lines of business.
II. We will strategize/synthesize new lines of business, leveraging current strengths and resources, that create compelling added value for existing and future customers.
III. If your company can produce documentation proving that these concepts are already in development, or have been considered and rejected, you owe SST nothing.
IV. If your company rejects the strategies/tactics that SST develops, due to incompatibility with mission, vision, ethos, culture, etc. you owe us nothing.
V. If you embrace SST's recommendations, the fee will be: a) 1% of gross revenue for 5 (five) years, from the point of revenue generation; b) 5% of the capital costs associated with implementing the new line(s) of business; or c) you may elect to pay a one-time fee of $20m.
VI. SST will only assess its fee based on new revenue; SST will make no claim whatsoever on equity already accrued by your firm.
